What? You couldn't stay awake for the show? You didn't suffer through it with me? I understand. It happens. Granted the next day I was a mess, not being able to really fall asleep and the morning activities happening around the house doesn't help either. Especially when your dog keeps hopping on and off the bed and coming up to you with his wet nose. Thanks Bosco... mommy's trying to sleep... Then I took a MUCH needed nap at like 3:45 pm and didn't really wake up until 6 pm. It was deep. All those plans of going grocery shopping and cleaning the house were falling away from my productive grasp. But it's okay. I did get to go grocery shopping that evening, right before the store closed. And the next evening was a good start at cleaning the house. It all gets done at some point, right?
Granted, that will be the shift i get for a while. Part of the initiation, right? Joining the club of all the other dj's who have had to work out their kinks in the middle of the night. Let those little things slip by. Of course, I think if you weren't half awake, things wouldn't fully slip by as easily. So for those of you that missed it, it has been archived.
