Anticipation

i am really excited to go away this weekend. I have been wanting to go down to Baltimore for a while and haven't been down since Christmas. It's only 3 hours away, but for some lame ass reason, just haven't made it. I do like having my Fourth of July's there though. Something about it. Sitting on my dad's boat, dog freaking out inside the boat... sitting in the Inner Harbor watching the fireworks. I am not a huge firework fan either. But i guess this is the closest thing to a Patriotic type thing for me to go do. Sit on a boat and watch fireworks. Something about it screams summer to me. I am excited to go down and just chillax.... I can do it really well down there for some reason. I am excited to hang out with my dad and brother, and to see my friend Jen, who i have known since High school. I even threw out to my other friend Deb who is close by and a friend down in DC.. Who knows, may end up just having a huge party.

My work is also going down to 4 days a week for the summer. found that out in my review the other week. i am not too happy about the lack of money that will be bringing in, but for some reason my inner self wasn't too pissed when i heard that. It was as though my mind was saying- Yes! We need that break. So all in all, I will have my Monday's off and time to destress and maybe get some of my own shit down. Who knows. Either that or just recover from my weekends....
