Ode to my circular saw....

So for Christmas, i asked for a mini hand held circular saw. I have lot of wood in my tiny tiny studio, that needs to be cut, but i only had a jig saw. Now for those of you that know, a jig saw doesn't cut it, pun intended. This just doesn't do the nice rips you want to do and not straight line ones either. that is particularly bothersome. So i have a new project i want to work on. i want to do a series of boxes, that are square and with a space theme. I think this will be very fun and interesting. i also think i can create a bunch of them and keep them relatively cheap in pricing and be able to display them at some local venues. I also need to have some of these done for an upcoming show in May. There is the Cathedral Arts Festival that i have done for the past 3 years. So i know the application deadline will be in march. So i need to charge up my new saw and get to work.

You go girl with those boxes.
