Well, the station is no more.......... this was the explanation:
I have just been sent an email from my father. As I have mentioned, he owns 3 radio stations of the AM/FM variety. He said that the new royalty fees have passed, savenetradio.org was unable to succeed, and said that we need to shut off the streams before Sunday. He has consulted with his server provider and his attorney and said that, in regards to our situation, he believes we should just quietly shut down. Trying to keep afloat would mean they would try to hit us for fees retroactive to either 2006 or 2005 (I cannot remember which) and we would be sunk by incredible legal costs in the process.
This really fucking sucks. I hate the RIAA. bastards.
